The gift voucher is valid only for the dates and locations identified on the voucher.

The voucher must be used in one transaction.  Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

The voucher can be redeemed for one lobster roll, one serve of truffle parmesan fries and one flute of champagne or a lager or other non-alcoholic beverage of choice only at Lobster & Co,  subject to legal age requirements for the service of alcohol. The voucher cannot be redeemed solely for alcohol and a food item must accompany the service of alcohol.

Lobster & Co’s lobster rolls are tasty and in high demand!  We do sometimes sell out of lobster rolls.  If we have sold out of lobster rolls for on the day that the voucher is presented, thevoucher can be redeemed only for one serve of truffle parmesan fries and one flute of champagne or a lager or other non-alcoholic beverage of choice.  The unused value of this voucher, equivalent to the value of the lobster roll, will be forfeited and will not be refunded or attributed to any other transactions.

Whilst we hope it is not the case, if Lobster & Co are closed due to inclement weather or any other reason the voucher cannot be claimed on that day.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have its balance consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.

If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by debit or credit card.  Cash is not accepted.

The voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Lobster & Co reserves the right to cancel the voucher if we deem such action necessary or if we suspect fraud. The voucher remains our property.
