We have a unique single item food menu- Whole confit Australian lobster tail served warm in a slightly caramelised brioche bun, finished with buttermilk fennel slaw with a side of parmesan truffle fries.

We also serve your choice of champagne, still and sparking water and a continental lager.

We work with some of the world’s best champagne houses. The particular champagne that we serve varies by location and particulars are announced for each pop-up location.
